Esquire dedica la prima copertina del prossimo anno a Gary Barlow. Si tratta di una scelta quantomeno curiosa per una rivista che deve gran parte del proprio successo alle modelle che sbatte regolarmente in prima pagina. Non si può però scrivere che il leader dei Take That non se la sia meritata questa copertina. Gary è passato dall’essere il “bruttino” della boy band ad amatissimo giudice dell’edizione britannica di X Factor. Un ruolo che ha sancito l’ennesima rinascita artistica per questo ragazzotto inglese di 40 anni. In pochi ci avrebbero scommesso e invece lui ce l’ha fatta. Solo così possiamo spiegare l’urlo liberatorio della copertina.
